About Me

I am a Doctoral Candidate in Management Information Systems at the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia. Broadly, my research interests are in AI. My dissertation focuses on conversational agents (chatbots), and I expect to defend the same and graduate by Summer 2022. I am looking for an assistant professor position.

I enjoy bringing practical insights from my industry experience to my research and teaching. I have taught Business Intelligence (MIST 5620), focusing on data visualization, business analytics, and various machine learning techniques / predictive analytics. Related to neural networks, a copy of my AMCIS 2019 paper (Theory-Guided AI for Intraday Solar Radiation Prediction) can be found here.

My wife Devshree and I enjoy each others’ company, and the company of our family, friends, and outdoors. Here are some memories from our travels over the last decade.
